The Tailoring School is an outreach ministry as well as a benevolent ministry for the poor.

Benevolent – One of the ways NLCM helps the poor in India is to provide a school to learn some basic skills.  Mostly women, but some men, come to learn a useful trade whereby they can help support their families.

Outreach – NLCM teaches a trade to their needy students but also, as part of the curriculum, Bible devotions are given and praise songs to God are taught, and sung.  Many Hindus attend the tailoring school and hear about Jesus.  We pray that the Holy Spirit does a great work in them.
